Welcome!
My name is Mrs. Castillo and I am your child's 2nd grade teacher for the 2024-2025 school year at O'Farrell Elementary School! I am excited to be sharing this journey of learning with all of you!
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Christian, and we have two beautiful daughters, Talia and Kairi. I received my Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University, double major in Social Science and Geography. I also have a Master's degree SDSU's Master of Arts in Teaching in Math/Science Education. I enjoy spending time with my family, eating different ethnic foods, traveling to new places, and working out.
This will be my 9th year teaching 2nd grade at the O'Farrell Charter School. We have an amazing team of educators and staff who are dedicated to providing the best education for your child(ren).

Estoy casada con mi novia de la secundaria, Christian, y tenemos dos hermosas hijas, Talia y Kairi. Recibí mi licenciatura de la Universidad Estatal de San Diego, con doble especialización en Ciencias Sociales y Geografía. También tengo una Maestría en Enseñanza de la Educación en Matemáticas y Ciencias de SDSU. Disfruto pasar tiempo con mi familia, comer diferentes comidas étnicas, viajar a lugares nuevos y hacer ejercicio.
